Apparel retailer Under Armour in association with HTC has launched a suite of connected fitness products – UA HealthBox that measures and monitors sleep, fitness, activity and nutrition of athletes.
UA HealthBox, a brand’s first-ever connected aptness system is actually an aptness band that connects seamlessly with a new UA Record App which serves as a dashboard for daily activities to a contestant with all their health and aptness data.

Under Armour and HTC’s new wearable has a modernized examination mode with an LED that reveals a user’s heart rate section when interconnected with a UA Heart Rate. “For 20 years, Under Armour has altered an approach athletes dress and now we will change an approach athletes live. Combining a world’s largest health and aptness village with a game-changing connectivity of UA HealthBox and UA Record, we are holding Connected Fitness to another level. With a HealthBox apartment of products being introduced, athletes will be empowered with an information to make improved decisions and eventually heighten their lives in an approach that’s never been finished before,” said Kevin Plank, Owner and CEO of Under Armour.
