The German manufacturer of sewing machines, workstations and solutions for not only the apparel but the complete sewn product industry, PFAFF Industrial needs no introduction. Present at the GTE with its agent EH Turel & Company, PFAFF would be showcasing sewing automates for sewing trousers, skirts, shirts and blouses, along with innovation for welding operations, addressing requirements of ease of operation, consistent quality and economical processing.
The short seaming automatic sewing machine, PFAFF 3586 is made with the aim to improve the overall visual appearance of trousers, skirts and blouses, improving the quality levels and reducing the skill requirement for darts and waistband pleats in any of the above mentioned garments. Neat stitches ensure slim neat points without “dimples”, free programmable seams and the machines ability to compensate different thicknesses of fabric. The variable arrangement of the bundle clamps makes it possible to process extremely short lengths of stitching of approximately 500 mm.
PFAFF 3801 is a highly developed workspace that can be utilized for pre-gathering of sleeves and bridle-taping of armholes, according to working processes and quality demands. These two factors determine the ideal fit of the sleeve. It is possible to recall programs for the desired fullness by the knee switch or the control panel. The simple symbols on the control panel are taught to the operator by a Teach In-process program. There is a provision of automatic size grading and mirroring in the machine.
