Around 30 leading companies from Bangladesh are participating in a 17-day online business matching event that started on 24 May (Monday) and will continue up to 11 June.
Reports maintained this citing a press release issued in this direction — coordinated by investor advisory firm of Bangladesh, HAISON International, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Tokyo has organised the programme with the support of Bangladesh Embassy in Japan and Japan-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JBCCI) — while adding that during the 17-day event, the Bangladeshi entities will participate in more than 309 Business to Business (B2B) meetings with the Japanese firms.
During the event, Bangladesh companies will introduce their respective entities for partnership with the participating Japanese companies in the areas of textiles and specialised apparels, logistics, freight forwarding, container terminal along with infrastructure, real estate, construction, special economic zone, IT engineering, health services, medical devices, business support, audit, accounting and taxation, food and agro processing, etc.
