The RVR Group of companies, a leader in innovations that specializes in knit, tubular knitted, woven fabric inspection machines and automatic strip tape cutting machines, has introduced its latest ‘Fabric Inspection (High Relaxing x Winding) machine’ along with few other new products for fabric management.
The flexible and highly cost-effective machine is capable to inspect from roll to folding fabrics, so as to keep them free of handling problems. The key feature of machine is a relaxing device which helps in loosening the tension as and when required with adjustable speed. The 96-inch wide screen model has a fabric feeder device which can adjust the speed according to the type of fabric fed; this is very useful to handle lycra fabric.
Armed with air gun for fabric cleaning, the machine is fitted with both lower and upper light for detailed inspection. The machine also has different types of lights for checking colour shades and to examine minute details for any defects, as per buyer specifications. “At Rs. 3 lakh, the machine is very economical and the versatility makes it suitable for all types of industrial fabric inspection needs,” says Sriram, MD, RVR and added that the machine has been installed at Dhruv Global and Scots in India recently.
One more machine that is one of its own kind, ever to be made by an Indian manufacturer, is the ‘Fabric Relaxing machine’ suitable for both knitted and woven fabric. The machine can relax fabric from roll to fold or vice versa. Another interesting machine is the ‘Grey Fabric Inspection machine’, which is specially designed for lycra and elastomeric fabrics.
“We watch the industry very closely to identify the growing needs of our customer, and with constant R&D throughout the year, we are able to develop and supply products which are better priced,” concludes Sriram.
