The Forum, a panel that will participate in the biennial election of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), Sunday introduced the panel members at an event held at the Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Hotel.
Former BGMEA presidents and Forum leaders attended the introduction event.
The Forum panel leaders committed to making BGMEA a better version of itself and establishing a better garment business environment in the country if they are elected.
In the BGMEA election, which is set for 9th March in Dhaka and Chattogram, 35 members of the Forum panel are taking part. The president of the Forum, M. Abdus Salam, Anisur Rahman Sinha, Anwar ul Alam Chowdhury Parvez, Rubana Huq, and former BGMEA president Anisur Rahman Sinha all spoke.
Faisal Samad, the leader of the forum panel, opened the session with a speech.
During a news conference on Sunday at the Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka, another panel, Sammilito Parishad, had previously revealed their manifesto.
