Swiss-based Archroma, a global leader in colour and speciality chemicals, is displaying its sustainable innovations for the first time ever at the ongoing Première Vision 2017, in Paris, France.
At the three-day apparel fair, the company has put on display its various colour management solutions.
Archroma’s colour management solutions help the apparel and textile industry to achieve accurate colours on the fabrics manufactured.
Additionally, Archroma has presented its Color Atlas Library to promote the use of sustainable and natural colours in the textile industry.
The Color Atlas Library features 4,320 colour swatches in six volumes. The company claims the Library has been created to bring more innovation in the entire fashion supply chain through colour creativity and manageability.
Archroma is explaining the functionalities of the colour management solutions to the visitors at its booth.
Demonstrations are being held on the mobile-friendly application of Color Atlas Library that offers ‘Color-on-the-go’ feature. The feature allows the users to identify the closest Color Atlas shades in the captured image with the possibility to purchase a colour sample instantly.
Also on display at the Première Vision is the company’s ‘EarthColors’, a range of biosynthetic dyes for cotton and cellulose-based fabrics. These colours are developed from agricultural and pharmaceutical waste, Archroma claims.
