Prime Minister of Sweden Stefan Löfven assured the Bangladesh Ambassador to Sewden, M Golam Sarwar that the Government of Sweden will continue to support the apparel sector of Bangladesh to develop the industry. Stefan Löfven made this assertion during a view exchange meeting at the foreign ministry of the country. The Bangladesh envoy also briefed the Prime Minister on the ongoing development projects that are targeting Bangladesh’s garment industries and mentioned the contribution of BGMEA’s assistance. Recently, the Swedish brand H&M already bid its interest to increase import of RMG products at double from Bangladesh.
