Customers can use the gift cards, which double as cash coupons, in specific shop locations to buy products from Bata’s wide range of offerings. The business manager is able to provide these gift cards to customers, who can then give them to friends, family, or coworkers.
The gift cards’ initial redemption period will be limited to 20 specific Bata retailers, but there are plans to increase this number soon. The introduction of the gift card program is a component of Bata’s continuous endeavour to improve the shopping flexibility and experience for customers.
