Phoenix’s rotary hook quilting machine
Phoenix, the specialty manufacturer of two needle bar quilting and embroidery machines from Korea, showcased its Rotary hook quilting machine. The machine allows a quilting system of 2” and 3” patterns simultaneously.
The machine can stitch all the patterns uniformly, delicately and precisely with an excellent finish. The simultaneous movement of the multi-needle head and thread stand prevents fabric leaning to one side. As compared to the conventional CAM type and press foot machines, Phoenix computerized quilting machine produces less noise and achieves the production 2 to 4 times higher than the existing quilting machines.
The accurate design making is possible due to the replacement of the press foot device with the Shuttle.
The machine equips each design with a space saving and self-editing function. The input and output of design data, data mining, editing and storing can be done with a USB flash memory or 3.5” floppy disk drive making the operation simple.
Sheen displays simple and flexible 3-in-1 mixed type embroidery machines
Zhejiang Sheen Electromechanic Manufacturing Co. Ltd. produces “Sheen” brand computerized embroidery machines. It showcased its simple cording (coiling) embroidery three-in-one mixed type embroidery machine. Compared with the traditional cording embroidery machines, it has a simpler structure and an enhanced flexibility. The machine simplifies and combines the performance of the traditional cording embroidery machine and is also suitable for using the bead and pipe thread for embroidery.
The efficiency of the machine improves significantly to reach a maximum speed of 1000 RPM/min.
Sheen also provides a self-designed sequin device for which it has obtained patents.
