The new PL-XS3B model from the X series is a single jersey 4 track circular knitting machine which was featured in DTG has been equipped with engraved cams, multi-purpose yarn carriers, anti-dust device and self clean lubrication which can utilize either fancy yarn in coarse gauge or fine fabrics like silk feeling ranging from single yarn feeding to three yarn plating. The machine manufactures fabrics like single jersey, 2 thread fleece, pique, twill and striper fabric with yarn materials like silk, pure cotton, blend and synthetic fibres.
The LCD touch panel has been attached with RS 485 interface which connects to POMS (production online monitoring system) which is an online integrated production platform. By installation of this optional software and sensors, remote monitoring can be used to manage and monitor fabric production. The machine can be converted to other models like PL-XF3B-LP which is 4 track three ends knitting machine as well as PL-XSP which is ordinary plating circular knitting machine and PL-XPA which is reverse plating circular knitting machine.
