Tukatech Inc., a leading US-based fashion design and technology solution provider, has appointed Chris Walia as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In his new role, Chris will be responsible for all the aspects of sales and marketing throughout the USA.
Chris Walia is an MBA in Marketing and Informational Technology from Loyola Marymount University, USA. He has 10 years of experience of working in the fashion industry where he implemented business processes, software applications and solutions over the years.
“Tukatech’s approach is very different from other software companies. The technical staff is focused on providing appropriate solutions rather than making a sale. This is a great fit for myself as I believe in building long-term relationships and offering the best solutions to our customers,” comments Walia.
Tukatech has never had a formal sales department but recently it decided to move forward to hire sales staff.
Furthermore, the company needed a competent person to lead the team as well as the one who understands the technology and its benefits.
The software giant is hopeful to have a greater customer base using the experience of Chris. Tukatech already has 17,000 systems installed in 41 countries worldwide.
