Bangladesh to host 37th edition of World Fashion Convention next year: Reports

The venue for the 37th edition of the World Fashion Convention, scheduled to be held in November 2022, is going to be Dhaka, Bangladesh!

Media reports maintained this adding the BGMEA and the International Apparel Federation (IAF) would jointly organise this event to be held between 13 and 22 November 2022.

… It is a matter of great joy and pride for us to host the 37th IAF World Fashion Convention next year…, reportedly, underlined BGMEA President Faruque Hassan, who, reportedly, shared this piece of information after attending the post-COP26, at a press meet held in Dhaka recently while adding the announcement for the venue of the 37th edition of the World Fashion Convention was made during the closing ceremony of the 36th IAF convention, held in Antwerp.

For information, IAF is a leading body for apparel manufacturers, brands and their associations, and the supporting industry having members from 40 countries.
