
Japanese fashion brand Uniqlo is set to unveil an all new collaboration with renowned Brooklyn-based pop artist Kaws. The brand recently worked with French street artist André Saraiva, and already has a new collection called UT Kaws x Peanuts ready for grabs! The story for this collection revolves around the artist’s interpretation of the famous Peanuts comic strip. The assortment spans through apparel pieces for men, women and children with artistic representations of Snoopy and his friends – Charlie Brown and Woodstock on them.

Kaws comes with a fecund body of work and exhibits his work throughout the world regularly. He has worked on everything from street art, graphic and product design to murals and super-sized sculptures. His work for UT features the ‘Peanuts’ family in a bold graphics looking as witty and humorous as always in a very minimal colour palette. With a total of 24 pieces, the collection has an assortment of 15 pieces for adults, 7 in kidswear as well as a few socks and tote bag options.
After the first, very successful collaboration in 2016, the second Uniqlo for Kaws collection comes out on April 28, with a retail price that ranges between € 15 for an adult T-shirt or a tote bag to around € 10 for a kid’s T-shirt.
