In an attempt to revive its flagging sales leading to shuttering of stores, Macy’s, like many other American department stores, has linked up with designer Anna Sui for a capsule collection scheduled to launch this September.
Following in the footsteps of Macy’s previous collaborations with designers such as Karl Lagerfeld, Cynthia Rowley and Giambattista Valli, the collection, dubbed Anna Sui x INC, will be a collaboration with Macy’s in-house INC International Concepts line and will be available at 25 Macy’s stores and online. The collaboration is expected to be advantageous to Macy’s, as Anna Sui is recording a successful 2017.

The Anna Sui x INC collection will include both men and womenswear pieces, and women’s accessories like shoes and handbags. It will feature the eclectic prints and whimsical aesthetic synonymous with the designer since the launch of her eponymous label back in 1992.
