The joint appearance of the ShangGong Europe Group was themed under the slogan “Together for you” where the performance of the whole group was combined for the first time in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The slogan “Together for you” is now used in all the joint marketing actions of the ShangGong Europe Group.

What has further kept the faith of Duerkopp Adler´s and Pfaff Industrial´s existing customers is the fact that their teams are supplementing its experienced dealership network with direct support from German technical and sales team.
“I travel nearly every month to Bangladesh to meet our existing and new customers to understand their needs and give the best solutions and answers for their actual demands. Apart from this, our technical team is also working closely with the factories on their production floor to help them best leverage their investment in automation,” explained Magdalene Hahn, Area Sales Manager, Duerkopp Adler.
Duerkopp Adler has grown consistently in the past few years at a rate of 20 per cent on a y-o-y basis, and intends to continue the growth story with the same vigour. However, now the focus is on the existing customers and also on adding new customers to the customer basket. The company has also increased its sales force in the country, indicating its expectations from the market.
“Bangladesh is becoming an important and interesting market for us because right now the customers investing in automation due to increased labor costs etc.,” confirms Hahn.

The range of machines include high-speed sewing machines for medium to heavy-weight material, multi-thread decorative topstitch seamers (single needle and twin needle), single- & double-needle lockstitch machines with XXL hook, post-bed seamers for topstitching jeans side seams in the hip area, CNC-controlled automatic lockstitch bartacker, automatic double-chainstitch eyelet buttonholer, auto-pocket creaser and attacher as well as automation for pocket hemming, belt loop attaching, serging and pocket welting.
