Following its successful participation in earlier editions, computerized knitting machine manufacturer Shima Seiki will participate in the Knitwear Solutions category for the flatbed knit sector as sole machine technologist. Shima Seiki’s SDS-ONE APEX3D design system, which supports the entire process of knitwear production from planning and design to production and sales promotion, along with its capability for virtual sampling, will be displayed.
Knitwear produced on its latest computerized knitting machines, including the revolutionary Wholegarment knitwear which provides superior fit, comfort and drape, and that too without seams will also be displayed along with new proposals in textiles that will be presented through samples knitted on its new SRY machine that is capable of producing unique hybrid knit fabrics that cross-over into the realm of wovens.
