Readymade garment manufacturers from Bangladesh are all set to attend the 13th edition of Texworld and Apparel Sourcing Paris exhibition for the 11th time in succession. The fairs are slated to be held from September 18-21 at Le Bourget, France.
26 garment manufacturers from Bangladesh would reportedly participate in the events. Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) of Bangladesh would also attend the 4-day fairs.
The EPB would occupy a country pavilion for the fifth consecutive time at Texworld and Apparel Sourcing, a source close to the show organisers (Messe Frankfurt) revealed.
The international trade fairs will showcase products like men’s clothing, womenswear, childrenswear, fashion accessories, finished clothing, packaging materials, clothing accessories and other products.
The sourcing platform’s organisers are elated to announce the participation of Bangladesh. “Bangladesh is the second largest garment exporter in the world is an important country for us and its participation at Texworld-Apparel Sourcing has enhanced the quality of the fair,” Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt, France, Michael Scherpe maintained in a statement issued.
The garment fairs, besides offering a wide range of products from the international manufacturers chosen by a selection committee, will also throw open strong marketing and networking opportunities to all the exhibitors, the statement further underlined.
A series of lectures on latest developments in the apparel industry, news from exhibitors and the catwalks will also be held during the sourcing events.
The 12th edition of the Texworld-Apparel Sourcing witnessed participation of over 1,500 exhibitors from 110 countries, including UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and Turkey.
