
Vinny Overseas Ltd., a small-cap fabric manufacturing firm, has recently installed three cutting-edge Epson machines for textile digital printing. This move comes as the company announced plans to expand and boost its revenue.
These machines are well placed and designed to provide high-quality digital printing on textile materials with speed and efficiency. The company, with the installation of these machines, expects to achieve a revenue of Rs.12 crore per annum.
The firm is set up to use these machines to get optimum results. The company has also ordered two Kyocera machines which will allow it to increase production capacity and produce a revenue of Rs 18 crore annually. The Kyocera machines will be phase-wise installed in March and April.
“In addition to the Epson machines, we have also placed an order for two VEGA X1 Digital lnk Jet printing machines, which will be phase-wise installed in March and April,” said Vinny Overseas in a stock exchange filing.
The company in 9M of FY ’23 turned profitable and saw massive improvement, going from a loss of Rs. 3.93 crore in 9M of FY ’22 to a profit of Rs 1.39 crore in 9M of FY ’23. Established in 1992 by Late Shri Mohanlalji Parekh and HIralalji Parekh, the company exports to regions like Indonesia, Sri Lanka, USA, Brazil, China, Dubai, Bahrain, Oman and more.
