In an award function organised by the Bangladesh Brand Forum (BBF) — established in 2007, BBF is a leading Bangladesh-based think tank — Fakhruddin Textile Mills Ltd won the ‘Best Innovation’ award in the apparel category.
This is as per reports, which claimed Fakhruddin Textile Mills Ltd., which is a part of the of Urmi Group has been awarded ‘Best Innovation – Apparel and Fashion’ at the fourth edition of Bangladesh Innovation Awards 2023 even as the Directors of Urmi Group Shamarukh Fakhruddin and Faiaz Rahman received the awards on behalf of the Urmi Group.
It may be mentioned here Urmi Group with its headquarters in Dhaka is a leading name in apparel manufacturing and exports in Bangladesh and is reportedly actively redefining the apparel sector’s standards of production performance, innovation and growth.
The event was attended amongst others by State Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Zunaid Ahmed Palak.
