
In a bid to stay sustainable, American outdoor lifestyle label Timberland has partnered with environment-friendly fabric manufacturer, Thread International.

The manufacturer analysis its fabrics at every stage of production to ensure presence of up to 50 per cent of recycled PET from plastic bottles. The first assortment of collaboration between Thread and Timberland will be out in Spring next year. “From the moment we met them, we knew this had the potential to be far more than a supplier relationship. We are beyond excited about partnering with Thread,” averred Colleen Vien, Director – Sustainability, Timberland.
As per reports, Timberland and Thread international are further expected to discuss their partnership at the ongoing Sustainable Brands Conference 2016 in San Diego, USA.
