Speaking to Apparel Resources, Orient Craft AVP Pawan Aarya, said, “Staff welfare activities are one of our priorities. We try our best to take care of our employees’ health. We drew inspiration from the company’s CMD Sudhir Dhingra and worked under OCL’s Noida division President Mohinder Kumar Garg’s guidance to organize this camp. Women, especially in the age group of 40 and above, came forward for the check-up and discussed their queries with the doctor. Proper guidance from an expert doctor helped create awareness among our employees.”
The company often organizes such health camps for its employees. Before the cancer awareness and check-up camp, the firm also organized an eye check-up camp recently.
Company representatives like Welfare Officer Suranjana Dey and Medical Representative Jessy were among those employees who helped make this event successful. Orient Craft Ltd has a total of 32,000 people working at all of its apparel manufacturing units across Delhi-NCR.
