The upcoming four-day trade show Texworld Paris, scheduled to be held from February 11-14 this year, will witness participation of 14 Bangladesh business entities.
As per media reports, Pacific Export, Banga Garments Limited, Fabrica Knit Composite Limited, Monira Knit Apparels Limited, Silver Composite Textile Mills Limited, Green Smart Shirts Limited, Ama Syntex Limited, Blue Planet Knitwear Limited, Adams Apparels Limited, Euro Knitwear Limited, Toads Printing Limited, Aaron Denim Limited, Silver Composite Textile Mills Limited and Akij Textile Mills Limited are the 14 business entities that would participate in the upcoming event, which would have a special denim section to host ‘Apparel Sourcing’ and ‘Avantex’ concurrently.
Apparel Sourcing Paris is a major clothing sourcing platform for the European market, which would reportedly also showcase around 100 suppliers of organic cotton and linen, hemp, recycled material and other sustainable textiles on the ‘Sustainable Sourcing Itinerary’ following the renewed global focus on eco-friendly products.
Avantex Paris on the other hand, as per the organisers would help fashion players to remain competitive in a constantly changing context, thanks to high-tech products and innovation, from advanced materials to augmented retail.
It may be mentioned here that Texworld Paris is an international fair for fashion of fabrics, trims, accessories.
