The company has been into garment export since last three decades. Despite the big dreams of capturing the US market, Aditya does not want to lose focus on the successfully thriving European market. He says some clients have been with his company ever since its inception and the satisfaction the company gets by serving them persistently is inexplicable.

Based in Gurgaon, Aakriti Creations is an exclusive manufacturer of woven garments for ladies and children. Started in 1984 by Dinesh Mathur, the company produces 1,25,000 pieces per day and has an annual turnover of Rs. 50 crore.
Content with the success of his company and aspiring for big markets, Aditya however wants Government to take some measures, especially with regard to increasing perks for manufacturers so that it motivates many young entrepreneurs like him to be leaders.
