Having strength of hand work in its collection, Crazy Desires, a Rampur-based garment export firm, is continuously exploring new markets and getting success also in it. Offering products into home as well as apparel category, the company a few months ago added Australia to its market profile, and is now exploring Greece, Portugal and Austria in its process.
“We are a design-oriented company and every fortnight we have something new in our collection. Handwork makes our products unique, like we have a lot of zari work in our products and this strength creates a niche in the market, making it easier for us to continuously look for buyers as they can’t find such products easily. An Australia based buyer has given us reasonable orders of table cloth in net and velvet fabric. Now we are studying Greece, Portugal and Austria as we don’t have buyers in these countries. Even though these countries have good demand, Indian exporters have not encashed this market. Very soon we will visit these countries also,” informed Suhail Mian, Proprietor of the company, who is expecting 25 per cent growth this year with its existing markets Iraq, Iran and UK.
