Lululemon, a yoga-inspired athletic apparel company, has joined hands with Noble Biomaterials, which will allow the sportswear brand an independent use of Noble’s X-Static antimicrobial technology in its performance apparel. Jeff Keane, CEO, Noble Biomaterials agrees that collaborating with a top athletic brand like Lululemon will facilitate Noble’s mission to be the foremost provider of bacterial and odour management solutions.
Noble Biomaterials has been providing Lululemon, its X-Static technology for the group’s Silverescent fabric since the year 2005. Prepared with 99.9% pure metallic silver, X-Static is fashioned to provide permanent odour protection by naturally inhibiting the growth of bacteria on the fabric’s surface. The X-Static fibre is directly woven into the garment and doesn’t wash out through laundering.
