Adding variety to the Rue Marbeuf, Karl Lagerfeld recently opened a menswear boutique in Paris. Pier Paolo Righi, CEO of Karl Lagerfeld, reinforced the rationale behind the move claiming, “A store for men only was very much needed… while women can turn to Chanel for a piece of the designer, men have nowhere else to go, but here.” The 1,430 sq. feet division is located close to upscale tailoring units such as Smalto, Berluti, Cifonelli and Kiton. The concept store is spread across two stories, showcasing the signature tailored Lagerfeld label and the Karl Lagerfeld line, ranging from US $ 140 to US $ 2,568 in XS to XXXL sizes. The store also features the brand’s collection of watches, small leather goods, perfumes, accessories, souvenirs and books.
