Duerkopp Adler’s latest 610-01 promises to be the solution for precise taping and pre-ruffling operations in sleeves. Its new step motor technology guarantees a consistently high quality, capable of delivering constant fullness nuances by means of differential top and bottom feed, individually selectable, step motor-controlled, exact repetition even in difficult fabrics due to a patented light stroke system. The machine comes with ergonomically designed work station for fatigue-free working with integrated LED sewing light and optimal view on the material to be processed. The intuitive interface with internationally comprehensible symbols has sped up the seam programming procedure by 80 per cent and the training time for programming by 50 per cent.
The software can be easily updated and the sewing program can be saved by using a USB stick. The new machine lowers the time and material costs as no later trimming of tape ends is necessary. It is an excellent example of a highly efficient machine as it is capable of producing roughly 450-500 pairs of pre-ruffled closed sleeves in 480 minutes. Taping of approximately 420-450 pairs of armholes in men’s jacket front parts can be done by this machine in the same time. Adding to these is the self-programmable feature which calculates the program for every size automatically by the help of standard grading values.
