Japan-based sportswear company Mizuno is set to enter the Indian market. Rakesh Kohli, Chairman of the Indian distribution company averred, “We are very excited to distribute Mizuno brand in India. Mizuno is a global leader in sports footwear and apparel and with our experience of working with international brands and knowledge of the Indian distribution and retail environment – we aspire to make Mizuno the number 1 sports brand in India.” The brand will put up for sale a wide range of products, under running, soccer and indoor sports categories, across India through exclusive stores, multi-brand outlets and online sites.
