The Sewn Products Equipment & Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA) recently reached an agreement to co-locate the SPESA Expo with two other prominent industry exhibitions in 2010, Techtextil North America and ATME-I/MEGATEX, at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, from 18-20 May. SPESA Expo already has a reputation of being the most comprehensive exhibition in the region focused on the full range of equipment, technology and services for all segments of the sewn product industry.
ATME-I/MEGATEX or American Textile Machinery Exhibition-International is the largest exhibition of its kind in the region for textile manufacturing technology, and Techtextil North America is a trade show that brings together all aspects of the technical textile industry. These three shows, together, are expected to provide tremendous value for the industry manufacturers and professionals and display the best and latest technology in cutting, spreading, sewing, finishing, design and production, etc.
This co-location will give the chance to the visitors to easily access all three individual shows simultaneously and also give them the benefit to participate in the seminars and special events being organised. Specifically, SPESA Expo will give the visitors the opportunity to see live demonstrations and new product introductions from its exhibitors. Speaking about the strategic decision, Benton Gardner, Executive VP SPESA, said, “The recent changes have led us to believe that all segments of the industry need to work together to remain competitive. This co-location will provide a chance for visitors to see exhibitors that supply the full spectrum of their production needs.”
