Chittagong-based renowned denim manufacturer Pacific Jeans recently presented the 2nd Denim Innovation Night in Dhaka during the two-day 14th Bangladesh Denim Expo.
As per reports, Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi inaugurated the programme, at which was present Charles Whiteley, the head of the delegation of the European Union in Bangladesh as the guest of honour even as President of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) Faruque Hassan and country representative of Japan External Trade Organization in Bangladesh Yuji Ando were also present as the special guests.
At the event, the denim makers of Bangladesh displayed sustainably produced and innovative denim offerings to global brands and retailers, development partners, embassy representatives and representatives of the industry’s supply chain.
