Switzerland-based Staubli, a mechatronics company known for its textile technology and robotic products, is all geared up to participate in the upcoming Dhaka International Textile & Garment Machinery (DTG) Exhibition. The technology event is scheduled to be held from February 8 to 11 in the capital of Bangladesh.
During the 4-day event, Staubli will help textile industrials to understand the role of the advanced machinery and technological systems in today’s era.
Staubli will exhibit various textile technologies such as automated warp tying; shedding systems for frame weaving; and machines for flat, terry and technical weave in association with its local dealer, Spintex Technology Ltd.
According to the textile specialist, its warp tying offering – TOPMATIC 201 PC, works with flat warps without lease with the help of an integrated double-end detective system. The speed of the machine is 600 knots/minute. Other than TOPMATIC 201 PC, the visitors will be able to see vast the range of the company’s shedding system including water-jet, air-jet, projectile and rapier weaving machines.
Also on display will be the SX and LX Jacquard machine series, which is said to deliver exceptional results on various textiles such as terry cloth, tapestry, decorative material, silk fabric, apparels and seat covers.
“Using these solutions, the textile mill owners can optimise the workflow in their mills in order get better quality output, less time consumption, hence, better profitability,” claims Staubli.
