MT Sweaters Ltd, an apparel manufacturer, was recently granted a “LEED Platinum” designation in recognition of its environmentally friendly working conditions, economical use of gas, electricity and water, and sustainable development. MT Sweaters Ltd., is located in Gazipur.

MT Sweaters Limited is a 100 per cent export-oriented factory specialising in making standard sweaters. According to the Bangladesh Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), the number of accredited eco-friendly garment factories in Bangladesh is currently 216.
