US-based leading multinational corporation, Walmart is organizing an ‘Open Call for US Products’ on 28th June, 2017 in order to meet its commitment to purchase an additional US $ 250 billion in US products through 2023. The exchange of goods will take place in Bentonville, Arkansas (USA). Companies who want to sell US products to Walmart can participate in the drive.
It may be worth noted that with reshoring and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) announcements, US has brought back over 300,000 manufacturing jobs by thousands of companies since 2010. These jobs represent over 30 per cent of the 939,000 manufacturing jobs added from the low of February 2010 until March 2017.

Reshoring Initiative was founded to move lost jobs back to the US.
