Underlining Bangladesh is the best place for investment, thanks to its geographical location that works as a bridge between the West and the East, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has recently called for more local and foreign investment in the country (Bangladesh).

This is as per media reports, which added the Prime Minister made this call at the inaugural ceremony of the Bangladesh Special Economic Zone recently.

Due to its geographical location, the country (Bangladesh) can create a bridge between the West and the East, opined Hasina while adding her Government has taken initiatives to ensure regional cooperation and connectivity and developed connectivity with Southeast Asian countries and nurtured a great relationship with those.

She further reportedly underlined South Asia and Southeast Asia are densely populated areas in the world while adding the purchasing capacity of the people in Bangladesh has also increased.

“Therefore, we have developed a market of our own,” she reportedly said.
